CLASS OFFERINGS

Basic Strength

Coach Porter will be covering the foundations of fitness. In each class he will be breaking down different movements each week and then incorporating them into a fun, fast paced workout to get your heart rate up and those calories burning!

Buns and Guns Express

This is a 45 minute training session focused on toning those abs, glutes and arms. Our instructor Beth has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast that continually pushes herself in different aspects of fitness, and is ready to share her passion with you. Come check out a class and get ready to target those favorite spots!

HIIT

This high-energy small group class blends explosive cardio, focused strength training, and endurance work into one incredible fitness experience. With adaptable intensity levels and progressive challenges, you'll discover just how far you can push your potential! From the time the class starts to the very end, athletes are constantly moving. Movements are focused on quick, non-technical, repeatable actions consisting of body weight movements, light weight loads, and other simple cardiovascular tasks.

Kettlebell Strength

Kettlebell Strength

Mark is a trainer that specializes in Kettlebell Training. His class is more like a traditional strength training regimen where you will do multiple sets of different movements with some higher intensity sections. Kettlebell movements include; Deadlift, Squat, Presses, Swings, Cleans as well as others. Come out and get stronger with Kettlebell Strength Class!
