
This HYROX Class is a high-intensity functional training session that blends intervals with functional strength exercises (sled push/pull, burpees, rowing, lunges, wall balls). Class is designed to prepare or advance athletes competing in HYROX Racing. These 60 min classes are scalable, targeting endurance and strength to improve overall athletic performance.

This high-energy small group class blends explosive cardio, focused strength training, and endurance work into one incredible fitness experience.
